Hello,

I am excited to share with you a bit about myself as a Sound Designer. Since graduating in 2017 with a Masters Degree from SCAD I have had the privilege of starting my career with SoundLab in Burbank CA. This exposed me to many wonderfully creative people willing to share their mentorship and skills, along with a variety of projects to work including VR, Television, and AAA Games. During my time at SoundLab I grew as an audio lead on several video game projects with Soundlab, overseeing our internal crews as well as interfacing with clients. It has been an honor to have been able to apply my skills as a sound designer on awesome titles like Final Fantasy XIV, Valorant, League of Legends, and more! I was ecstatic to take this experience further by joining Hi-Rez Studios as a Senior Sound Designer and gain perspective as part of an in-house team. I was embedded with prototype projects, helped launch a new game (Divine Knockout 2022) and eventually had the privilege to work on established fan favorite SMITE. During my time at Hi-Rez I also focused on knowledge sharing and helping juniors on the team grow. I was able to share a lot of knowledge and help push the design aesthetics further for the team. I think I could be a good fit for your project as I offer a strong background in design as well as technical skill and organization. My years of outsourcing and my time in-house have made me very adaptable and able to jump right into a project and thrive. I have a good ear for what works in busy sonic environments and how to get details to shine through. I consider myself a bit of a maniac for detail and I love that “hairs on the back of your neck” feeling when things sit just right in the mix. But more than just being a strong designer, I come from a family that plays games and it has been a blessing to be able to sit down and enjoy games with my parents, siblings and friends across the country while getting together in person has been hard. Gaming means a lot to me and If I can help make the player’s experience better and more memorable then I will do everything I can to deliver that.

-Thank you for your time and I hope we can communicate soon!
